Indícios de corrupção na Bahia desenvolvida pelo ex-prefeito Carlos Robson e correligionários do município de nova viçosa-bahia

CGU esteve no município e apresentou desvio de mais de 17 milhões de reais

Entre o governo onde o ex-prefeito governou por dois mandatos (2005/2012) aonde o ex-prefeito governou por cm duas liminares concedidas pelo TJ/BA cujas ações principais ate a presente data não foram julgadas , uma vez casado pela câmara de vereadores , e outra na ocasião pelo juiz na comarca .

Passado algum tempo o juiz foi transferido da comarca estando sendo juiz titular a mais de 36 anos , coincidência ou influencia

Ora pois que o senhor ex-prefeito do município diz alegando que , no TJ E TER da Bahia ele resolve tudo  

Existe na comarca de nova viçosa-ba mais de 30 ações civil publica contra o SR Carlos Robson paradas , desde o ano de 2007. Pois o juiz titular na comarca que a população tinha ,quando começou julgar as ações , o mesmo  juiz foi afastado pelo TJ em abril/2012, sendo substituído pelo juiz da comarca de Tx de Freitas , que fica distante uns 150Km, e titular de uma vara de mais de 30 mil processos ,coincidência ou influencia

No TER alega o senhor Carlos Robson,que ele tem amigos ,pois o atual advogado dele e de seu grupo político é sócio de outro advogado, filho de um desembargadores  do TER, ele se diz ser o cara . no ano passado o juiz eleitoral da comarca de Mucuri – BA que responde por nova viçosa , cassou o registro de candidatura do então sucessor de Carlos Robson . que o Sr Carlos Robson agredia verbal e moralmente a pessoa do juiz e do poder judiciário , chegando a anunciar no palanque , no dia 01/10/2012 numa (segunda feira) , que no dia 03/10/2012 (quarta feira , ele estaria cm a liminar na mão para que  candidato concorre-se as eleições de 2012, que o juiz era um”juizinho de merda “. Contudo , quando chegou na quarta feira  o  desembargador do TRE-Ba de fato o deu uma liminar favorável ao candidato Carlos Robson . coincidência ou influencia – há uma mídia gravada da fala do dia 01/10/2012 e do dia 03/10/2012dentre outras barbaridades  na qual o Sr Carlos Robson não respeitou em nada a legislação fazendo  propaganda antecipada dele da prefeitura usando a prefeitura , lançou revista cm propaganda dele , da prefeitura , e de seu candidato , desde 06/2012, distribuiu mais de 5 mil camisas na convenções e durante toda a campanha eleitoral, ate crianças ganhou brinde de camiseta, na convenção foi feita a maior festa , ate bebida alcoólica, existente prova de tudo isso ate  em redes sociais ( facebook ) dos envolvidos, mas pasmem o TER-Ba nos processos da camisas, entendeu que não configura nenhum tipo de crime a distribuição de brindes (camisas) em convenções , ainda que tenha venda bebida alcoólicas              

                           NA   JUSTIÇA –BA

Existem vários processos juntos cm os acima citados e dentre outros 5 processos para casar o Sr Carlos Robson cm o abuso do poder econômico e político , outro por doação de lotes em troca de voto ,outro por insenção de imposto a determinados empresários no período da campanha eleitoral , e que após a campanha o próprio Carlos Robson baixou um decreto dizendo que seu ato não poderia ter ocorrido porque era em campanha eleitoral , contudo , o crime configurou-se , pois houve o benefício , dentre outros.Contudo , o Carlos Robson alega que se ganhará todas , porque o atual advogado dele é sócio do filho de um dos desembargadores.

Os fatos acimas narrado são vergonhosos , vexatórios, e desmoralizante para o poder judiciário, assim, devem ser investigados urgente , já que o Carlos Robson governou por 8 anos sem nada acontecer , irá governar por mais quanto tempo ?

Ah! O Carlos Robson disse pra todo mundo que é candidato a deputado estadual, inclusive , já lançou sua campanha com adesivo onde conta a letra “R” de seu nome com a bandeira da Bahia , a letra “R” tem a mesma grafia do “R” da suas campanha de prefeito , também na cidade circuvizinha , Teixeira de Freitas, que ele nunca parabenizou durante esses 8 anos de vida pública , neste ano de 2013 espalhou pela cidade outdoor, parabenizando o município pela sua emancipação , no outdoor continha sua foto em tamanho de mais ou menos 6 metros quadrados só a sua foto. Como se vê, ele abusa mesmo do poder judiciário , pois qualquer analfabeto sabe que trata-se de propaganda extemporânea , mas como ele diz: “Nunca dá em nada!”.

Assim , eu como cidadão do município , solicito socorro e justiça justa e digna contra tais absurdos e ato de corrupção, para que a lei da ficha limpa vigore em nosso município, pois essa é a ansiedade de todo cidadão de bem.
